You’ll often see me in a player-coach role, supporting agile processes, building frameworks, mentoring team members and getting hands-on for delivery assets. I believe clarity is the difference between a team being able to repeat success vs one that is stuck spinning, so I advocate for enterprise change that helps unlock team for success.
